Delete your DumpShare account

You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time. Here is how, and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Email support@dump-share.online from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. You can also send the same request from the Support tab inside the app.

We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days of that confirmation. You will get an email when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and login (email address, phone number, password hash), your profile (name, saved address, saved location), the containers you listed and their photos, the requests you made and their photos, your support conversations, and any location data we stored for you.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of completed deals that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes — for as long as the law requires, and no longer. Wherever we can, we keep those records without your name and contact details.

Deleting only some data

You do not have to close the account to remove data. In the app you can delete a listing, remove your saved address in Settings, and turn location and notification permissions off in your device settings. For anything else — a specific photo, a support thread — write to us and we will remove it.
